SOCIAL STRATEGY
To determine the direction and image of Rovés Instagram branding, I focused on their tagline “Beauty has a destination and we’re here to take you there.” Using elements around the salon, I wove together the luxury of Rové with the talented work of its stylists which brought in numerous new clients who ‘found Rové through Instagram.’ Keeping up with social media’s fast-changing environment, I started incorporating reels to build brand awareness and reputability.
Currently, I continue to manage Rové’s social media from abroad. To do so, I hired a couple of local university students to capture content for my existing clients. I manage a system with the client and student of when to come in, what content is needed, and how they sort the images and videos for my later use.

GETTING STARTED
Rové was still being built when I first met Jodi, owner of Rové salon. She approached me through a referral and was seeking to grow her new salon's social media presence. Jodi had a clear vision for Rové - a space of creativity for stylists and a luxury destination for clients. The vision for Rové’s social media identity was so much more than just a salon—we aimed to build a community, a brand family, and showcase the stylist’s talent.
